Please notify us immediately of any delays or cancellation by calling 0203 633 5663 or emailing info@skytransfer.co.uk. We will be monitoring your flight.

We accomodate any delays and offer free 1 hour waiting time after the flight has landed. After this, waiting charges apply.

By law, it is strictly prohibited to smoke in any of our vehicles.

Sky Transfer provides private transfer for you and your group.

Please contact us as soon as you realise you have lost something. If you report a lost item in a Sky Transfer vehicle and it is found, we will make every effort to return it to you at your expense. All other found items will be recorded in our lost and found and kept for up to four months. Any unclaimed items will be either be disposed, donated or sold, with proceeds donated to a charity of our choice.

Sky Transfer uses your flight information to monitor your flight for up-to-date arrival times and delays. Once your flight has landed and you’ve collected all your baggage, you need to call us on 0203 633 5663. Your driver will then meet you at the designated location.

Please email us on info@skytransfer.co.uk to make any cancellation requests. 

You may cancel your order without providing a reason and without incurring any liability up to 24 hours after the booking is placed, provided that the booking Ume has not yet commenced. 

Beyond this 24-hour period, a £20 administrative fee will be deducted from any refund. 

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the commencement of the booking, no refund will be issued.

Please email us on info@skytransfer.co.uk to make any amendments. 

Amendments made more than 48 hours to the commencement of a booking will be free of charge. 

Amendments made with less than 48 hours to the commencement of a booking will incur a £20 fee.

Yes. We kindly request you to include a request for a child seat at the time of booking. One child seat can be provided free of charge. Any extra seats will be £20 each.

Your selected vehicle must accommodate your luggage. Please ensure you choose the appropriate vehicle. Selecting a vehicle that cannot fit your luggage will incur additional charges or may result in the booking being canceled.

We operate 24/7. 

Sky Transfer accepts all major credit cards via Stripe and PayPal. 

We also accept cash payment for transfers within London.

If you are travelling to or from a congestion zone, this charge must be paid directly to the driver. This is £15.


Additionally if you are travelling to or from any airport, you must pay the airport drop off/ entry fee.

If you make a cash booking, please wait until you have confirmation from us via call or text stating that your booking is confirmed. All bookings paid online are confirmed upon successful payment. 

We accept cash payments on transers within London. We require 30% deposit paid online to secure your booking.
